Can I change plans later?
Yes — email us and we will move you to the plan you want. There is no self-service switch for this yet, so a plan change goes through our team rather than a button in your settings.
What currencies do you support?
Subscriptions are billed in USD, with local pricing in other currencies where we publish it — including bank transfer in BDT. Your own books and payroll run in whichever currency you configure per legal entity.
Is my data secure?
Your data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database on Amazon RDS in the Tokyo, Japan region (ap-northeast-1), with storage encryption enabled at rest — note that SoraCore is operated from Singapore, but the servers are in Japan. Traffic runs over HTTPS, the app-to-database connection is encrypted with the certificate verified, passwords are one-way bcrypt hashes, and access is restricted by role. Organizations share one database and are separated logically, with every record carrying its organization and every query filtered by the signed-in user’s. We do not currently publish an uptime SLA — if your procurement process requires one, contact us and we will discuss it.
